Brands Hatch postponed due to weather conditions

7am Sunday morning started with a very light sprinkling of sleet which by 8am had become a significant snow storm and as time went by everyone concerned realised that racing was becoming less likely. Mid morning Stuart Higgs and his team made the decision that the meeting would have to be postponed and the re run would be 11th May, with the Qualifying carried forward. Stuart said that although it was sad that this had to happen the show would go on and He and MSV were determined that the meeting would go ahead at Brands Hatch at the later date. All admission tickets purchased for this round would be valid for the May date. The next round of the British Superbike Series will be at Thruxton on weekend of 18,19,20th April
